[doap-interest] Stuff I'd like to model

I would like to see an ant/maven task that would extract the DOAP
information so it could build a jar with DOAP info.  It would be nice for
ant to create a jar based on the version instead of the timestamp like most
examples cover.

If you could embed the build information in as well then all the better,
saves hacking about with build.properties files.
