[doap-interest] Online DOAP Validator

Hi everyone,

I made a little online DOAP Validator, that you can try at
<http://doapy.bonjourlesmouettes.org/doap-validator>. It should work... but
it is not at all guaranteed bug-free. You just need to enter your DOAP's
URL, and it says if it is valid. If not, it gives you the list of
encountered errors.

It tries to validate XML, RDF and (sorta) semantic "correctness" atm. The
last one uses an RDQL query to check the presence of doap:name,
doap:homepage and doap:description (or doap:shortdesc). It will not work if
there are more than one DOAP per file... but I think it's useless (atm).

Comments are welcome. You can criticize, too :)
