[doap-interest] Using DOAP

I'm new to to RDF, 'microformats' et. al.  And the page seems to be
lacking a 'quick and dirty for dummies' section on practical
application.  A project I have been kicking around for a while (and
starting at the speed of molassis) is a generic converter to convert a
VS.Net project file to a nant script to a SharpDevelop project to a
(...).  (see dot net prebuild on SF) Would DOAP be a good canidate for
an generic intermediate format?
