[doap-interest] sponsor and documentation properties

I was wondering if you could add 'sponsor' and 
'documentation' properties to the DOAP RDF Schema.

I believe that several Open Source projects have got 
sponsors, which is appropriate to be mentioned and 
linking to the project documentation page wouldn't be 	
a bad idea either .
