Thanks, I was not aware of this. BTW, is there any references for changelog
formats ?
I usually use a less precise changelog, not mentionning involved files but
only generic changes, as in the example I gave, or as many projects use (eg:
http://drupal.org/CHANGELOG.txt)

The interest I see in using DOAP to maintain it is that you've got only one
file to maintain (well, even if there's tools to create it from cvs), but
then it will be in RDF using a well-known vocabulary so that you can SPARQL
it, eg to get all changes from a maintainer for a given timeline. Finally,
the RDF file could be rendered to a text changelog (with different formats)
as I mention in my blog post.

 Well, as I said, it could be an extension if most people don't think it's
not useful in DOAP core.
