[doap-interest] RDFohloh

Attached is my first attempt at an XSLT / GRDDL stylesheet for
transforming arbitrary XML from the ohloh API into RDF.

The intent is quite different to Sergio's PHP application, but
hopefully it'll be useful to some people.

There are still some things about it I'm not happy with:

(a) repository support is still fairly limited. Probably just a
question on me applying some more thought to it.

(b) contributor_fact support is lacking a link to the project, because
I can't find it in the XML.

(c) it's completely lacking license information. I note that this is
true for Sergio's too, might it be because license information can't
be got through the API?

(d) no support yet for foaf:currentProject / foaf:pastProject.
Currently I'm throwing away all kinds of timestamps which could be
used to generate this.

(e) no support for stacks, but this has just changed, and my be
unstable (http://www.ohloh.net/announcements/stack_update), so I'm not
worrying about it
