[doap-interest] Spam on trac wiki =(

As the namespace URL is important, I'll continue hosting the master schema
at http://usefulinc.com/ns/doap for now. It'll likely move for the long
term to xmlns.com, which has been set up for exactly this sort of purpose
-- it's what FOAF uses.
