Just to let the community know we're still alive!

DOAP is alive and well on Github https://github.com/ewilderj/doap and I'm
starting to work through open issues again. I'm labeling ones where we want
contributions as `help-wanted` so feel free to dive in if you have
enthusiasm.

Kjetil Kjernsmo https://github.com/kjetilk has joined me as co-maintainer.
