Proposal for adding FOAF authorship to HTML

I've written up a draft proposal, available at

This proposal specifies a way to add the SHA1_mbox to an HTML page using
a META element.

Please take note of the XXX markers, which indicate bits of the text
I'm not sure of, and send me any comments you have.
