[rdfweb-dev] Cascading question: WUZ:Names in FOAF

Does RDF have a cascading system whereby the elements of a vocabulary 
(ontology, taxonomy, whatever we're calling them) can be written 
inline (or, embedded to use CSS parlance) to 
override/redirect/originate those written highr up the document?

That is, could I write (in Psudo-RDF)

<rdf:RDF namespace:
	FOAF
	VCard
	Etc
>
<RDF:Vcard myProfile=http://www.qweqwe.com/ID.rdf />

<!-- Overwrite email -->
<RDF:Vcard Address=<specialName at myURL.com" />

and have the last line be the authoritative email for this and only 
this document?
