Hmm. Well, I like the visual dog-eat-dog/ladder system common in
corporations, but I'm still not sure I'd want to use that for my company,
for example. The dollar sign just makes me seem like I'm getting
inspiration from the wrong places. Of course, I'm against the almighty
dollar in most of my incentives, so perhaps I'm the wrong person to comment
on this.
