[rdfweb-dev] new vocab: foaf:maker (inverse of foaf:made, also changed slightly)

I have created a property which works as an inverse of the foaf:made
property. It relates something to a thing that made it (rather than
vice-versa). As foaf:made was 'testing', I have flagged this as
'testing' too.

At same time, I have loosened the definition of both, replacing 'Person'
with 'Agent' to allow for things that are made by non-human agencies.
When foaf:made was specified, we didn't have 'Agent'.

The edits were checked (and fixed!) by Edd Dumbill in IRC as they happened. Since
updating RDF schemas can be error prone, I usually try to have someone
who is around in IRC take a look. Thanks Edd :)

See http://rdfweb.org/topic/UsingDublinCoreCreator for the motivation
for foaf:maker. I would be plenty happy for Dublin Core to define such a
property too, but in the meantime if we are to be experimenting with
such things, it is good that the FOAF vocab includes the properties we
are experimenting with.

cheers,

Dan
