Missing isn't broken: data validation and freedom on the Semantic Web
	http://rdfweb.org/mt/foaflog/archives/000047.html

Kinda long, brain dump from this morning. Hopefully useful, at least as
a guide to understanding how RDF and XML folk sometimes manage to talk
past one another when discussing RDF and 'validity'...

This follows up (and should pre-date) the article I wrote on
FOAF and contradictions, http://rdfweb.org/mt/foaflog/archives/000040.html

Short version: missing isn't broken (semantic web data is naturally
scattered across many files/documents).
