The W3C RDF validator and RAP are throwing errors on foaf:weblog eg

Error: {E201} Syntax error when processing attribute rdf:resource. 
Cannot have attribute rdf:resource in this context.[Line = 51, Column = 
95]

Some problem with the weblog definition?
