[rdfweb-dev] FOAFbot lives!

foafbot is now alive again in freenode's #foaf channel

thanks to dajobe and danbri i overcame the bitrot

some docs are at

date, but the basic idea's there

this foafbot isn't any more advanced than the old one ever was, but now
it runs.  also, some queries run faster.

(PS JibberJim, I only found 17,000 tribbles, not 45,000 as you said I
might.  Wonder if you have any ideas why.  Mind you, I just used my own
FOAF file as a starting point...)
