I closed a bug :)

Not that this makes image description a solved problem, there are plenty 
subtleties left, but this was a big gap between FOAF as deployed, and FOAF 
as documented.

I also dropped in a property which I would tag as 'unstable', if only we had such 
a mechanism, 'foaf:sha1', whose value is a textual sha1 hash of the content of a 
foaf:Document, and which is an inverse-functional property.  (more on which another time).

I've added the foaf:Image class definition.

It is not very precise, eg. w.r.t. bitmaps, SVG etc.

It is a sub-class of Document.
