[rdfweb-dev] (draft) 'FOAF Privacy considerations' section for the spec

http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/ now has has 'privacy' section. pretty sketchy, 
feedback welcomed.

The main goal was to cite http://www.w3.org/TR/owl-guide/#Privacy and 
Edd's docs on PGP usage.

Privacy considerations

FOAF is an RDF-based Semantic Web language and as such can be used in 
applications that deal with data aggregation and privacy issues. W3C's 
OWL Guide: Data Aggregation and Privacy notes on this topic are highly 
relevant. Both users and developers should be aware that RDF data is easily 
merged and aggregated, and that this creates potential for unexpected 
data re-use and re-combination. There are techniques for PGP-encrypting 
and PGP-signing FOAF data which can help users and applications keep 
track of the authorship and readership of RDF/XML documents.

Of course this gets us into questions of 'intended audience' for the 
namespace doc / spec., versus need for friendler user-guide stuff...
