[rdfweb-dev] CBD alternative anyone?

A while ago someone suggested a restrained alternative to Patrick
Stickler's Concise Bounded Resource Descriptions [1], but I can't
remember who or where. Sound familiar to anyone?

The idea is that you get a nice bunch of statements about a particular
resource, but CBDs recurse through bnodes, ask about danbri and you'll
get the whole world's FOAF in your response. I'm sure there was a neat
way of doing a cutoff though.
