[rdfweb-dev] IssueTracker links

There are issue tracker links in the FOAF Specification.

When I press such a link (e.g., from a foaf:Group description shown
below), the browser gets redirected to
http://rdfweb.org/topic/IssueTrackershow_bug.cgi?id=8, which displays
a blank page with a proposal to create a new page.

Are the issue tracker links actually working?

I.e. - for foaf:Group:
There is a FOAF issue tracker (8) associated with this FOAF term. 
(8) = http://rdfweb.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=8
