[foaf-dev] Can OpenID identify a person

Hello all,

I have an idea and I am not sure if it is correct.

OpenID [1] may identify person. So if a person has an OpenID
http://openid.org/humanBeing, he/she is unique identified. But it is
possible to state that URIref of that person is URI of his/her OpenID.
In fact, it returns some kind of representation page and thus if you
state that OpenID is person's URIref you can infer that the person is
a HTML page?!?

And I would ask you, all, what's correct answer to the question "Can
OpenID identify a person in RDF?"

Than it can be used in FOAF as well ;-)
