I think this starts with
- Privacy controls on the HTML
- Using the same privacy controls for FOAF data
- Clearly explaining that data is available in HTML and XML/RDF
- Sensible copyright on what can be done with the data. Even if it's 
just a warning that says "data entered here may end up on search 
engines"
