[gnome-bluetooth] specify destination with obex-server

I'm using the latest gnome-bluetooth package for debian and I'd
like to see a new option:
To specify where the downloaded files are stored.

I've tried to do it on my own, but I lack the skill to write  
any code using gnome/gtk (because I don't know how cl-options are
managed).
