That's a good approach I think. We can have /etc/bluetooth/keytab and
/etc/bluetooth/keytab.shadow (similar to /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow)
where /etc/bluetooth/keytab is readable by all.

By invoking /sbin/hcid with a special unlink argument?
