[gnome-bluetooth] Problems compiling libbtctl-0.4.1 on SuSE 9.1

configure goes fine, except complains about no mono (mono runtime
installed by YAST, but has no effect since there's no devel)

The problems comes when I run make:

make  all-recursive
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/libbtctl-0.4.1'
Making all in po
make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/src/libbtctl-0.4.1/po'
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/libbtctl-0.4.1/po'
Making all in src
make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/src/libbtctl-0.4.1/src'
( no --prefix=btctl_marshal ./btctl-marshal.list --header >
btctl-marshal.tmp \
&& mv btctl-marshal.tmp btctl-marshal.h ) \
|| ( rm -f btctl-marshal.tmp && exit 1 )
/bin/sh: line 1: no: command not found
make[2]: *** [btctl-marshal.h] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/libbtctl-0.4.1/src'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/libbtctl-0.4.1'
make: *** [all] Error 2

I'm not sure wether the problem is caused by the missing /usr/sbin/no
program or an error in gettext that causes th no-problem. Any
solutions??
