Ah. Curious.. Does different phones use different encodings? Or well. If
my phone is using iso-8859-1 folks from .jp would have a difficult time
writing .jp-characters to it. Right.

An alternative could be to have a few radioboxes with different
charsets? Or at least ISO-8859-1{5,} and UTF-8. That way we could always
choose. :)
