[gnome-bluetooth] gnome-phone-manager dies on receiving sms

I think this is a case of gsmlib not supporting your phone, along with
me not handling the error very well.  Some Nokias seem to suffer from
this.  I can inspect the source, but obviously without one of these
phones to test against it's a bit difficult for me.

You could help me by compiling from source, so you get source code line
numbers in your gdb trace.
