Currently I'm having the exact same problem, with the same phone!

This is strange because it *used* to work fine. Perhaps the problem was 
introduced with a newer gnome-bluetooth package recently?

I have:

bluez-utils-2.10-3mdk
gnome-bluetooth-0.5.1-11mdk
bluez-pin-0.23-4mdk
libbluez1-2.10-1mdk

My hcid.conf is enclosed too. Hopefully someone knows what's going on?
