Nope. That's not the goal. But adding other actions to the "comes into
range" functionality is certainly possible

The gnome-bluetooth-manager (the current one) was started, but never
finished. Matthew Garrett wrote a new one as part of his SoC project,
and we'll be integrating his work in the coming months.
