[gnome-bluetooth] gnome-phone-manager 0.7

Awesome, this version finally works fine for me :)
Only glitch I found is that make install didn't seem to copy
cellphone.png to the $prefix/share/gnome-phone-manager/ dir, after
copying it manually it worked fine, and I was able to send messages with
my V600, although the console warns the model is not supported natively.
I'm now waiting to see if someone sends me a SMS to see if it pops up on
the pc.

Btw, I noticed it compiled with libebook support, but it doesn't seem to
be used for anything? Is it there for future work or am I missing
something?
