[gnome-bluetooth] libbtctl and gnome-bluetooth 0.8.0, gnome-phone-manager 0.8

Heya,

This is a bug-fix release of:
libbtctl and gnome-bluetooth 0.8.0, gnome-phone-manager 0.8

Unfortunately, some long standing bugs are still lying around, but this
will hopefully change in the coming months.

Here's the changes for those versions:

libbtctl 0.8.0
==============

 * Allow the Python bindings to access the data received via Obex
 * Fix compilation with newer versions of OpenObex
 * Add more error reporting for btctl_controller_discover_devices() and
   btctl_controller_scan_for_service()
 * Fix receiving via Obex not working with broken client software

gnome-bluetooth 0.8.0
=====================

 * Fix icons not showing up properly

 * Allow passing URIs as well as local filenames to gnome-obex-send

 * Save to ~/Desktop/Downloads by default, then fallback to ~/Desktop
and ~/,
   as Epiphany does, or to the user specified directory

 * Remove direct openobex and bluez-devel dependencies, as well as
gnome-vfs

gnome-phone-manager 0.8
=======================

 * Fix icon loading

 * Allow the contact-lookup-entry to work with newer versions of the
   evolution-data-server
