[gnome-bluetooth] gnome-phone-manager edited to use libnotify

Hi All
This is the first time that I have tried to contribute via code to an open
source project so bear with me!

I have made a simple edit to gnome-phone-manager so that it displays a
notification using libnotify when an SMS is recieved.
I am wondering if the maintainer of gnome-phone-manager would like this
submitted (committed?) to the main code (cvs?)?

If so, how do I do it, where do I find documation on doing it, etc.

Also, since I used libnotify, I had to edit the makefile to get it to
compile. I have no idea if that is the right way to do it, or if I need to
edit the .configure script, or the autogen.sh script, or what?

I hope that my edit is of use!
