[gnome-bluetooth] gnome-phone-manager: updating configure to compile with libebook/evolution-data-server

I am not using debian based distro (Slackware) and there is no
difference between
libebook and libebook-dev.

I have libebook libs installed as a part of the latest evolution-data-server.
