[gnome-bluetooth] [PATCH 0/12] gnome-phone-manager: update and clean up

Hi there!

Following patch serie moves build from gnome-common.sh to regular autogen,
updates contacts to new evolution API, makes status icon work under wayland
and generaly makes things compile and work for me on current Debian stretch.

Some patches were floating around for quite some time, so I made them go into
this series. I hope I got authorship right.
