[phpxmlrpc] XMLRPC PHP4 Server and XMLRPC C/C++ Client

Hello there 

Is it possible to read with a C or C++ XMLRPC client from a PHP XMLRPC server? What do I have to consider? It is to become a thesis (diploma). 

I got the PHP XMLRPC server already running with PHP4 and Apache 1.3.27 on Win2k. The C or C++ XMLRPC client should run with Suse Linux 8.0. Is this possible?
