[doap-interest] automatic generation of DOAP files from other metadata

I'd like to announce the upstream-ontologist project, which tries to
gather information from a wide variety of metadata files about
upstream projects. It was originally developed to gather information
for Debian packages, but is not specific to Debian.

It can currently generate output in two formats - the DEP-12 format[1]
as well as DOAP (using the "autodoap" command).
