[gnome-bluetooth] gnome-bluetooth-admin: Couldn't get instance of BT Manager

It means you didn't compile and install to the same prefix as your GNOME
installation, so the bluetooth manager bonobo object can't activated. 
Reconfigure with --prefix=/usr and --sysconfdir=/etc (or whatever your
GNOME setup is.)
