have you checked that when you made and installed libbtctl, the file 
libbtctl.pc

was copied to /usr/lib/pkgconfig/ or wherever ?

libbtctl.pc dident exsist in /usr/lib/pkgconfig but i found it in /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/libbtctl.pc so i did cp /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/libbtctl.pc  /usr/lib/pkgconfig   so dat fix the installation but when i start gnome-bluetooth-admin (the komand gnome-bluetooth dount exsist shuld it exsist?) but the kommand gnome-bluetooth-admin exsist but when i tray to start it i get onley
