Dear all,
I have tryed to install phonemgr on my RH9 machine (toshiba TE2000 using
ST-Lab's USB-BT USB Dongle) using the source downloaded from the
usefulinc.com website. After a few attempts, I have cleanly installed
libbtctl first and resolved problems by either using apt-get or downloading
the rpm when I couldn't find an apt repository.
I am now trying to install phonemgr. I solved my original problem with
libsigc++ not being found by using apt-get. I also got libsigc++-devel
using ths method.
I am presently stuck with a ./configure that states:
Package 'libgnomemm-2.0', required by 'libgnomeuimm', not found
The error also refers to the "consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH" error
that others have referenced.
I am reasonably sure that libgnomemm-2.0 is install as find shows that
libgnomeuimm-2.0.pc lives in /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libgnomeuimm-2.0.pc
I have added to my .bashrc the line:
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig
I'm at a loss. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have
