[gnome-bluetooth] problem: BT Manager

I have RH9.
I have installed with RPMS:
- libbtctl-0.3-4.i386.rpm
- gnome-bluetooth-0.4.1-3.i386.rpm 
- gob2-2.0.6-1.i386.rpm 
- openobex-1.0.0-3.i386.rpm
- openobex-devel-1.0.0-3.i386.rpm

I try to launch gnome-bluetooth-admin and there is an error:
** (gnome-bluetooth-admin:27014): WARNING **: Couldn't get instance of
BT Manager

How can i solve this problem?
