[gnome-bluetooth] gnome-bluetooth 0.4.1 & UTF-8 filenames do not go together, yet...

Hello,

Sending or receiving files with UTF-8 filenames work, but the filenames
become garbled. This is hopefully not very difficult to fix since gnome
seems to be very much UTF-8-capable otherwise.
