[gnome-bluetooth] Updated Bluetooth configuration utility

Hi Edd,

The new bluez-utils-2.4-fn9 patch implements device configuration
managment and storage for hcid using DBus. 

It's now possible to configure Bluetooth devices using the Gnome 
utility and actually have the configuration paramters permanently
saved in hcid.conf too. :)
