[gnome-bluetooth] compile problems with libbtctl-0.4.1

I found out that to get it working just upgrade to the
latest version (2.3.4 I think) of python. The only
problem I have now is that I can't install
gnome-phone-manager because it says that I need to
install gsmlib. 

I have installed gsmlib from rpm because when trying
to compile it from source it complians that some of
the header files that it is using are deprecated or
antiquated. I don't know what the solution to this
problem is, but if anybody does please let me know.
