SV: [gnome-bluetooth] compile problems with libbtctl-0.4.1

I had the same kind of problems trying to get he stuff running on SuSE
9.1 and Mandrake 10. I ended up with Fedora Core 2 were gnome-bluetooth
works like a charm and compiles without a hitch. In the end I got fed up
with messing up my Gnome libraries on Gnome 2.4. Core 2 has a fully
functional Gnome 2.6 which suites better for the Bluetooth stuff.

same problem here like philip maciver already reported!
this happens on fedora core 1 with gtk updated to 2.4 and 
the bluez libs at version bluez-libs 2.8 and bluez-utils 2.7.

any hints?
