[gnome-bluetooth] [phone-manager] sending sms with special letters in it + feature request

I'm aware of this problem.  I need to figure out if the phone can tell
me what encoding messages are arriving in.  Otherwise we'll need a
manual setting so I can do the translation to and from unicode.

A reasonable assumption for me might be to have iso-8859-1 as a default
for now, but I need to solve this problem properly.
