[gnome-bluetooth] Installing Phone MGR on sarge

I finally could install this damn phonemgr

my libbonobo3-dev was making it impossible to install libbonobomm1.3-6 (>= 
1.3.5-4)

now .. phonemgr is behaving a bit erraticaly .. but I think it ll be solved 
soon with further versions ..
