[gnome-bluetooth] Problems compiling libbtctl...

Hi,
I finally got it to compile, but I had problems with
docs/reference/libbtctl-scan.c not being able to find btobex.h
My workaround was to create a libbtcl directory in src and create links
in it to all the headers in src.
