[gnome-bluetooth] gnome-bluetooth and phone-manager on Ubuntu?

Hi,

I believe they are marked for inclusion in the next release of Ubuntu. 
If you check the archives of the ubuntu-user mailing list someone posted 
a link of the current Ubuntu builds of the bluetooth/phone manager packages.
