[gnome-bluetooth] gsmlib

Not a direct response to this, but on a similar subject:

How do new phones get their command sets get put into GSMlib? I wouldn't 
mind doing some research if it'll help my phone be better supported 
(Motorola V525) and as long as someone can give me some idea of what to 
look for.
