[gnome-bluetooth] gnome-phone-manager 0.6

Thanks for your reply Bastien. Gnome-phone-manager will be an
extreeeeemely useful app for me, if only it'd support concatenated SMS.
I receive and send using concatenated SMS, so not having it means that
messages get truncated etc.
