If you want to write code, it's fairly easy:
- install devhelp, and the GNOME development packages
- install libbtctl, gnome-bluetooth (and optionally gnome-phone-manager)
from the GNOME CVS
- pick your favourite bug in http://bugzilla.gnome.org (against any of
the above mentioned modules), and work at it

If you have any questions about how to fix a particular bug, don't
hesitate to add a comment in the bug.
